According to Dyson Turkey, they are the only ones who provide the V15 cordless vacuum directly from the manufacturer, as it is currently unavailable anywhere else. We asked to be informed about the release date of the product, but we never received any updates about it, which is quite weird thinking that they are the ONLY sellers!! Resellers make a profit by buying products at low prices and then selling them at higher prices with a markup. The firm needs to replenish both their website and physical locations. I would like to buy one of these as soon as they are back in stock. Can you please let me know when they will be available again? The customer service is extremely poor and unacceptable.
