I want to buy the Dyson V16 wet and dry vacuum, but it has been out of stock for about a week both on Dyson’s official website and at the Ankara Metromall store. Even though the product was just released, I’m surprised that it sold out so quickly and hasn’t been restocked for such a long time.
I contacted Dyson customer service during this process, but they couldn’t give me a clear answer about when the product will be available again. I have to keep checking the stock status myself, which is frustrating and inconvenient.
I’m requesting that the product be restocked as soon as possible and that Dyson provide a more transparent and informative update about the stock situation.
