My Melbet Account Was Blocked After Winning Bet

I have been using Melbet mobile app and did not expect to encounter such a serious problem after a winning bet. After winning, my account was suddenly restricted and I can no longer log in. I have not violated any rules and had already completed the verification process earlier, so there is no clear reason for this action. The restriction started on April 18 and has continued since then without any resolution. My account ID is 902174***. Shortly before my account was restricted, I made a few deposits on April 10 and April 12, for 200 USD each. After the restriction, I contacted Melbet support via email. They only replied that they would investigate the situation, but they did not provide any explanation, timeframe, or further update. Since then, I have received no meaningful response, which makes the situation even more frustrating. I am very angry and disappointed that my access has been blocked with no clear reason and that my balance is being held without transparency. I request that my account be fully restored, that I regain access to my profile, and that my entire balance be released without any further delay. I also expect a clear written explanation of why my account was restricted in the first place.
