Dyson V12 Returned Unrepaired Despite Factory Paint Defect

My Dyson V12 vacuum cleaner has a factory-related paint defect on its body. I took the device to the authorized service center in Ataşehir, but it was returned to me without any repair or resolution. When I contacted the call center, I was told to call the service again, and when I spoke with the service, they redirected me back to the call center. This endless cycle has left me without any real solution. I purchased this product expecting Dyson’s quality assurance, yet I am facing an obvious factory defect that no one is taking responsibility for. I request that the paint defect on my Dyson V12 be officially recognized as a production issue and repaired or replaced under warranty without any additional cost. I also expect Dyson to improve its customer service process so that customers are not left feeling abandoned between service and call center instructions.
