I purchased my Dyson V12 vacuum cleaner from Media Markt for around 20.000₺. During use, the device developed a motor failure, and I sent it to Dyson for service. The motor was replaced, and the product was returned to me. However, after the motor replacement, I noticed peeling and separations on the purple plastic parts around the edges of the vacuum. When I reported this to Dyson customer service, I was told that it was a cosmetic issue caused by usage, not covered under warranty, and could only be repaired for an additional fee. At the same time, they admitted that the issue might have occurred during the motor replacement process, yet they still refused to resolve it free of charge. I have used this product with great care, and I do not accept being held responsible for damage that likely occurred during service. I request that this cosmetic defect, which arose after the motor replacement, be corrected free of charge. My customer number is 8cx-EU-shm5064a.
