I Received a Defective Dyson V12 from Optimum Store and They Refuse to Replace It

I purchased a Dyson V12 cordless vacuum from the Dyson Optimum store on February 28. Right after unboxing, I noticed visible paint defects on the vacuum’s tube. When I contacted Dyson to request a return or replacement, they claimed all units have this issue. I personally went back to the store to check, and clearly saw that my unit was different—it was defective.

I then reached out to Dyson Türkiye. They initiated a video call to inspect the product and admitted that the paint issue wasn’t due to user error but still said it wasn’t a “functional” problem. They refused to replace it, saying the defect doesn’t interfere with usage.

I paid ₺25,000 for a brand new premium product and I expect it to look and perform as such. This is not what anyone should experience after paying such a high amount. I don’t want a repaired item or an excuse—I want a brand-new, flawless product.

If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to escalate it through the Consumer Arbitration Board. Dyson, please handle this issue properly before I take further legal action.
