Dyson V12 Motor Crack Nightmare! Out of Stock, Terrible Service

We purchased a Dyson V12 electric vacuum cleaner, but unfortunately, the connection part of the motor cracked at the joint. The customer service agent mentioned that the item is currently out of stock but assured me they would send it once it becomes available, without specifying a timeframe. We have two children and pets, and our home has been quite messy for a week. Unfortunately, we do not have an estimated arrival time. Spending ₺23,000 on a vacuum cleaner, just to end up using a broom, is not acceptable. A vacuum cleaner is a must-have for any home. It's not worth sacrificing the promised effectiveness for this amount of pain. That's disgraceful!

The men don't even care about the rule of law, all the advertisements are full of lies.

They are completely irresponsible, they don't care about legal rights or anything, they don't consider or care about the consumer at all. After they sell, you're on your own and you'll regret it. Dyson is a regret.
