I messed up and bought a Dyson V12 from the Turkish Dyson guy, but then a part of it broke pretty quickly. Bummer, it's been like three months and still no replacement part. This wait is killing me. Can you believe it? We can't find any Dyson V12 parts in Turkey and the person who's supposed to help us hasn't been very helpful at all. Man, I really messed up by going with Dyson. They can't even hook us up with the parts we need in this country. Why are they even selling their stuff here if they can't help out in situations like this? What's their rep even up to? I trusted your company but it seems like you're not listening to me, you can't just selll something and leave the rest to the customer. You are obliged to get me those pieces!!!
