Whenever I press the device button, the power cuts off, as seen in the video where it cuts off three times in 17 seconds. We've had numerous video calls regarding the device, cleaned various parts, but the issue persists. It remains unresolved. Finally, they requested a video from us, which we sent via email. However, upon sending the email, we received an automated response stating that another video call is necessary, and the device is never covered under warranty. I will file a complaint with the Provincial Consumer Arbitration Committee early next week, and I'm expressing my complaint here as well. We're truly fed up with this vacuum cleaner issue. It's causing constant arguments between my spouse and me. Regardless of whether the device is under warranty or not, there seems to be no other channel for resolving the issue. They don't stand behind the product in this channel, and they're definitely not helpful. They constantly loop back to requesting video calls, and the problem remains unresolved. The device cuts off power like this consistently when cleaning starts while it's cold. I won't buy the Dyson V10 device again.
