Dyson V10 Is Not Fitting Properly and Button Making Noise After Repair

My Dyson V10 (which I purchased from Dyson Türkiye) initially had a broken spring, specifically on the red part, and was repaired under warranty. After the warranty period expired, the vacuum stopped fitting properly with the upper part (as shown in the video). Additionally, the red button on the new pipe they provided started making a strange clicking noise, as if it was worn out. Both issues are clearly visible in the video I submitted. Even though these problems are apparent, Dyson did not provide further assistance, claiming there was nothing wrong. How is it determined that there is no hardware issue? While the technical service might find this acceptable, for me, as a Dyson customer, this malfunction severely impacts the usability of the machine. Furthermore, this problem is abnormal and will likely lead to further damage over time.
