I sent my Dyson V10 vacuum cleaner to service for the second time on January 30, 2025, due to an issue with the trigger mechanism. The vacuum was delivered to the service center on Friday, and on February 4, 2025, I received a message stating that the main handheld unit had been replaced and would be shipped within 3 business days. However, despite the promised timeframe, my unit has still not been shipped.
I contacted customer service on February 7, 2025, and was told the vacuum would be shipped that day and that I would receive tracking information soon. But no update has been provided, and my vacuum is still missing. This delay is extremely inconvenient, especially since I don’t have a backup vacuum at home. I need an urgent response and immediate shipment of my repaired unit. Dyson, please resolve this issue as soon as possible!
