Dyson V10 Malfunctioned Within 24 Hours - Not Charging

I purchased a Dyson V10 on 02.09.2024, and it started having issues in less than 24 hours. I was told that the device would have about 50% charge upon purchase, and I should plug it in overnight for a full charge before use. Following their instructions, I used it for 30 minutes on the minimum mode, and the battery drained completely. When I tried to charge it, the red light came on, and it wouldn’t charge at all.

It’s incredibly disappointing for a premium product like Dyson to fail on the very first day. I expected reliable performance, but this experience has been frustrating. I need immediate assistance to resolve this issue as the vacuum cleaner is not usable in its current state.
