eFootball 2025 Negative Balance Bug Showing -3200 In-Game Currency

I play eFootball 2025 on mobile via the App Store. About 20 days ago, my in-game currency suddenly dropped to -3200, and it now appears as if a deduction is being made regularly, causing my balance to remain negative.

No money has been taken from my real account, but because my in-game balance is constantly showing a negative amount, I am unable to play the game properly. This issue has seriously affected my gameplay experience.

I contacted in-game support and customer service regarding this problem, but I have not received any response so far. There has been no explanation about the cause of the issue, nor has there been any attempt to correct the negative balance in my account.

I request that the -3200 in-game currency shown in my eFootball account be completely removed and that my balance be restored to normal. I also expect my account to be fixed so that I can use it without any further issues.
