
I bought a vacuum cleaner from Dyson, and within just 1.5 years, the cyclone components broke off. When I contacted Dyson customer service, they outright refused to replace the broken head, claiming it “doesn’t affect usage.” That kind of dismissive response is unacceptable—especially from a brand that claims to offer premium products and service.
Previously, another part of the vacuum broke, and it took them days to send a replacement. Now this happens again. It’s extremely frustrating. Almost every part of this vacuum seems fragile—it either breaks off, snaps, or separates after light use. Dyson Turkey has been an utter disappointment, and I deeply regret buying this product.
Is this a premium appliance or a corner store toy? Dyson, your service is unacceptable. I demand that you stand behind your product and replace the broken parts properly. Enough with the excuses.
