Dyson V12 Under-Furniture Tool Warranty Fail

The under-furniture vacuum cleaner of my Dyson V12 vacuum cleaner, which I bought about 5 months ago, broke. I am someone who does not misuse my belongings (I pay extra attention to such an expensive product; I am sure everyone is like me in Turkey), but while I was thinking "I wonder if the problem is me?", I saw that there were many people here who had the same problem as me and even broke in the same place. This means that the problem is not with the customer, but with the company that produces the problematic product. When I called customer service, they just said that the underarm device is not under warranty. When selling it, it is sold in the same box, no warning is given saying "just for your information, this product is not under warranty", but when it breaks in as little as 5 months, they reply mockingly by saying "Oh, that product is not under warranty". Although Dyson is expensive, we prefer it because its products are durable and the company stands behind its products, but they make misleading sales. I want my problem to be responded to and resolved; otherwise, I will have to take legal action.
