Dyson Gen 5 Furniture Tool Malfunction (4 Months Old) & Warranty Exclusion


I purchased my Dyson Gen 5 vacuum only four months ago, and now the furniture tool, which is crucial for cleaning under sofas, won't lock into place when I attempt to use it. It's always bending at the elbow and becoming unusable. When I reached out to Dyson, they stated that it is considered an accessory and is not covered by the warranty. I selected the Gen 5 model for this furniture tool, bought directly from a Dyson store, but this important information was not revealed. Receiving the news that it's "out of warranty" is quite disheartening. This is not what I anticipated from Dyson. In Turkey, finding replacement parts can be quite challenging, and when they are found, they are usually priced very high, approximately ₺4,000. It's disappointing that a Dyson vacuum I purchased just four months ago is not covered by the warranty.
