I own a Dyson Purifier Humidify, and despite following all the necessary steps for deep cleaning, the process keeps stopping every 10 seconds. Even after completing a deep clean that took two full days, the machine still gives the same error and won’t function properly.
I have tried resetting the device and following the instructions provided by Dyson, but the problem persists. At this point, the humidifier has become completely unusable.
I expect Dyson to resolve this issue immediately—either by providing a permanent fix, a replacement, or a refund. This is not what I expected from a premium product. I need urgent support!
