Dyson Formaldehyde Air Purifier Not Cleaning Air and Failing to Perform

I purchased the Dyson Formaldehyde air purifier and since the day I bought it, I have observed that the device does not perform its air-cleaning function. The problem persists continuously, and I am not getting the expected performance in any way. I have tried every possible solution—including replacing the filter, resetting the device, and applying all the recommendations in the user manual—but the issue has not been resolved. My product is under warranty, and my invoice number is b012025000947154. I am requesting feedback regarding this issue and, if necessary, a product replacement or a refund.
