Dyson Lost My Vacuum Cleaner Filter After Repair and Now Asks Me to Wait for Stock

I have had to send my vacuum cleaner to your service center twice for the same reason. Upon its return, I discovered that the filter was missing. As there are currently no filters in stock, I am being asked to wait an unspecified amount of time. It is unacceptable that a product sent for repair is not returned in the same condition. Because of your loss of my product, I am being inconvenienced. I have been without a vacuum cleaner for over two weeks, and your only solution is to "wait for stock". I would appreciate it if you could provide a more satisfactory resolution to this issue.

Hello, you state that you will handle the issue with sensitivity, yet you still communicate that the only solution is to wait for stock. We have been unable to use our vacuum cleaner since 27.09.2024. You can't even guarantee how much longer we will have to wait, and you also do not accept the return/exchange process for a product that went to service twice for the same reason, where you lost the filter during the second service. This is not a solution; it is merely victimizing the customer.

Today, we visited the Dyson stand at the Izmir Hilltown shopping center, where we went to either explain our issue and seek a solution or buy a new vacuum cleaner. We shared our grievance and dissatisfaction with the lovely Ms. Sevtap. She was the most helpful representative we encountered among Dyson employees during this 2-3 week period. She took a close interest in our situation and provided a filter as an option. She resolved all the negativity and helplessness that the brand and its service had caused us for weeks within half an hour. I am very grateful to Ms. Sevtap for all her efforts. It's great to have valuable employees like you who do their job perfectly.
