Dyson Vacuum Filter Problems and Foul Smell

My Dyson vacuum cleaner isn't doing its job. It takes a lot of work to use, and it smells bad. I've sent it to the service center three times in the last two months, but they just send it back without checking it. When I asked if I could buy a filter, they told me that it wasn't for sale. I've tried to file a complaint, but there doesn't seem to be anyone who can help. I'm regretful I bought this product because it's made me feel frustrated and disappointed. As a customer, it is not okay to be treated this way. I want any Dyson worker who sees this message to get in touch with me and talk about the problem. As there doesn't seem to be any other choice, they should make their product available to buy online. If I have to, I'll even take this to Dyson's headquarters in the UK.
