Dyson Gen5 Detect Absolute Vacuum Faulty Hose and Bad Customer Service

Hello, I am a victim who purchased a Dyson Gen5 Detect Absolute vacuum from the company's website, relying on the brand's reputation. My victimization is as follows: I received the product on April 15th. As it was a product I had not used before, I assumed that its operation was normal and that the company had properly tested it before sending it. I used the defective product until May 7th.
Upon the suggestion of a friend who had previously used the product, I contacted the support unit on May 7th. A video check was performed, and it was determined that the hose was defective. A decision was made to replace the defective product, and an order was placed. Up to this point, although the process made me think that they send their products to customers without properly testing them, it seemed like a step in the right direction to solve the problem.
However, no solution has been provided during the elapsed time, and we are still waiting for the part to be sent. Dyson continues to sell the same product. This indicates that they have the part in stock. When we call customer service, we encounter an application where there are new products for new customers, but there is no solution for customers who have purchased the product.
It is Dyson's responsibility to avoid delaying us and to resolve our victimization in the shortest possible time in a manner befitting the company. I have not been able to use the product since I purchased it. I expect a solution as soon as possible.
