I have been unable to access my Coomeet account for about one week because the password reset process does not work. When I request a password reset, the system says that an email has been sent, but no reset email ever arrives in my inbox. I am sure that I am using the same email address that I used to register and that this is the email where I should receive the reset link. During this period I have also contacted Coomeet customer support, but I have not received any response. This situation is especially frustrating because I have paid approximately £40 for services on this account and I currently cannot use what I paid for. I am using Coomeet from the United Kingdom and I kindly request that my account be checked and that my access be restored as soon as possible, or that I be given a working way to reset my password and log back into my account.
