Dyson Sent Me a Faulty Air Strait - Did Not Include the Gift Comb

I purchased my Dyson Air Strait straightener online about 2–3 months ago. When I used it for the second time, I noticed that no air was coming out of the channel, and I realized the device was faulty. I immediately contacted Dyson customer service and showed the issue via video call. Afterwards, a courier picked up the product for repair. My product is still under warranty. Experiencing such a malfunction in such a short time has left me feeling let down. I’ve never encountered a problem like this before—I've also been using the Airwrap set without any issues. Facing a problem like this right after purchasing the Air Strait was disappointing. I don’t want to deal with a repair; instead, I request a full replacement of the product. Additionally, when I bought it online, it was stated that a Dyson comb would be included as a gift, but I never received it. I expect both a brand-new replacement unit and the missing comb gift to be sent to me. My invoice number is B012025000611892. I kindly ask for a swift resolution that prioritizes customer satisfaction.
