Dyson Deceived Me by Sending a Lower Model Cordless Vacuum After Faulty Product

I bought a cordless vacuum cleaner from Dyson. It was defective, so I sent it to the service, but it wasn’t repaired. They said there would be an exchange, and I was informed that the new product would only differ in terms of color and box contents. However, when the new product arrived, I noticed at least three hardware differences. When I reported this, they told me, "Once you’ve accepted the exchange, there’s no turning back." They admitted that my approval was obtained by giving incomplete information, and then used the excuse that since I had accepted it, there was no going back. This kind of behavior is what you expect from scammers and thieves. They are trying to cover it up by providing misleading information and sending a lower model, rather than the product I am entitled to. It's shocking to see whether Dyson, a supposedly global company, has resorted to such deceptive practices. We thought it was a reputable company, trusted them, but now they are deceiving customers and trying to justify it.

I wrote about my problem with the Dyson upright vacuum cleaner here and filed my complaint. They immediately responded with a standard text that they send to everyone, which they posted right under my complaint. But anyone reading it would think that something is actually being done to solve the issue. The copy-paste text is already prepared, and then there is no further progress. Even though a week has passed, no one has called or asked. Now they will come and paste that prepared text response under this complaint as well. Don't think that they are actually doing something to solve the problem.

There has been no response; a standard reply is written here, and it doesn't continue.
