Dyson Turkey sent me a brand-new battery after testing the old one many times, stating that my battery is dead. I inserted the new battery and put the old one in the trash. After a while, I had another issue with its initial start. I had to take out the new battery each time and reinsert it to be able to start the device. I contacted Dyson again, and they asked me to send the device with my new battery included. A few days later, I got back my device with no battery and a replaced main body. The new main body part was scratched and used, and the main shock was they impounded my battery, saying my problem was not about the battery in the first place. When I asked them what my mistake was as a customer, no explanation was given to me.
