Dyson V10 - Body Failure And Replacement Problem

Order ID: 24342261 - Although the replacement of the Dyson cyclone v10 body under warranty has been approved, it has still not been delivered. It is unbelievable that you can sell a known defective product [there are hundreds of complaints regarding this malfunction of this product (trigger malfunction and subsequent failure to work)] and yet be treated indifferently in this way. On November 4, your service representative informed you that the product was in stock and would be shipped. Today your customer representative says that the product is out of stock. While you sell your products much more expensive than other similar brands, unfortunately you cannot provide half as much service and customer satisfaction. I now see that the same product is on sale on your site! Therefore, you can send new products very easily. In fact, I believe that it would be better to replace it with a higher model since the probability of the same malfunction recurring in the new body or product is very high. I hereby inform you that I will publish this complaint on all relevant platforms and forward the same complaint to Dyson UK.

I added the complaint here more than 24 hours ago, and for some reason, it still hasn't been published! Also, there has been no written or verbal update from the company!

The Dyson customer representative called today (17.11.2023). They called to provide information, but they didn't actually provide any! The new body, which was said to be in stock on 04.11.2023 and for which I received an order email, is actually not in stock! But on the other hand, they are still selling the V10 on their website and the brand isn't even considering sending a new product. I will never buy a Dyson product again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, it's a complete regret.

Good thing we have the robot vacuum cleaner from the rival brand, so we can clean our house! I contacted the service on November 4, 2023, due to a malfunction, and as of today, it has been 15 days. There is no solution, no information about a solution, nothing at all; we are just waiting. This brand, which we bought by paying twice as much compared to its counterparts, has truly been a regret. I don't recommend it to anyone; do your research.

As of today, 02.12.2023, the service period has exceeded 20 business days. I request an exchange for a higher model due to the product (Dyson V10 Extra) being defective and in accordance with the relevant regulations. Additionally, my claim for compensation and other rights are reserved.
