I am submitting this complaint regarding the customer service I received from Dyson Türkiye concerning my Dyson V15 Detect Absolute cordless vacuum cleaner. On 14 February 2026 at 11:40 AM, I contacted Dyson Türkiye support via WhatsApp through the TechSee platform to report a technical issue involving excessive looseness between the main body and the extension tube of my device (Serial Number: 3BR-EU-SNE0717A). This looseness occurs constantly during use. During the remote support session, the connection was established approximately 25 times, yet I was subjected to repeated procedural steps that did not contribute to solving the problem, and no meaningful assistance or resolution was provided. Throughout this process, the representatives appeared primarily focused on avoiding responsibility and resisting the provision of a replacement part. Their approach created the impression that customers are treated with suspicion and evaluated under a presumption of dishonesty, rather than being supported in good faith. I also found the communication style and general attitude to be dismissive and degrading. After this initial contact, I reached out to Dyson Türkiye again through phone support and TechSee on 16, 19, and 20 February 2026. Despite these additional attempts, I was not provided with any clear answer or decision regarding my request, nor was any concrete solution offered. As a loyal Dyson customer, I am deeply disappointed by this experience and concerned that such practices may harm Dyson’s reputation as a global brand. I would like to ask whether Dyson UK Headquarters is aware of the current customer relations approach of Dyson Türkiye and the potential negative impact it may have on customer trust and brand integrity. I kindly request that this matter be investigated thoroughly, that the attitude and approach of Dyson Türkiye be reviewed, and that steps be taken to ensure fair and respectful treatment of customers. In addition, I request that the loose part causing the problem between the main body and the extension tube of my Dyson V15 Detect Absolute be replaced in line with Dyson’s international customer service standards. I look forward to your prompt attention and response regarding both the handling of this case by Dyson Türkiye and the resolution of the product issue.
