Dyson Canceled My Order For No Reason

Dyson canceled the Airwrap product it sold during the campaign period, under the pretext of "security", even though it was fully paid for (I paid with my card without any problems). They did not even inform me that my order was canceled. Since the product did not arrive, they told me when I called the customer center. Since they did not inform me about this cancellation during the campaign period, they prevented me from benefiting from the campaign and did not help in any way to solve the problem. They do not care about you before and after the sale, relying on the quality of the product, and they make fun of you. Worst of all, they say that they will pay back the product worth 12500 TL after 20 days in this inflation. They certainly do not allow you to reach your meeting with a general manager-style place.
