Dyson Big Ball Animal Pro 2 Faulty Vacuum Head



I am experiencing an ongoing issue with the head of my Dyson Big Ball Animal Pro 2 vacuum cleaner. The head is faulty and I cannot use the product properly in its current condition. Despite contacting your customer service multiple times regarding this problem, I have unfortunately not received sufficient support or a clear solution. My product is now out of warranty and I am currently unable to receive any effective service or assistance for this issue. I am requesting that the faulty head be replaced, either free of charge or as a paid replacement, so that I can continue using the vacuum cleaner. My case reference is VH1-EU-NNA0493A. If a free replacement cannot be provided, I expect clear and constructive assistance for a paid replacement option. Otherwise, I will have to share this situation on consumer platforms, online complaint websites and similar channels. All of my household products are Dyson, and I have never experienced any issues with your brand before. This is the first official request I am submitting, and I expect Dyson to stand behind its product quality and customer satisfaction and to offer a fair resolution as soon as possible.
