Hello there, On March 19, 2023, I purchased the Airwrap product from the Hilltown Dyson store. After experimenting with it at home, I realized that it was inefficient in the long run. The product is not long-lasting and does not suit my hair type. It's also difficult to use, and these are situations that can only be realized with more use. However, when I bought the product in the store, no information about the return process was provided, and we were told that only products purchased online could be returned. I paid 12,000 TL for this product and was disappointed. I'd like to take advantage of the legally mandated return procedure. I'd like to warn the appropriate authorities that I intend to apply for and exercise my legal rights. I am requesting that the company deal with this issue with care. I want a company like Dyson to stand behind their product and defend my legal right to return it within the time frame specified.
