On 24.10.2023, I sent my order of Dyson Airwrap™ Multi-styler Complete Long (Blue Blush) 460690-01 to Yurtici Kargo with a return code to return it 2 days later because I did not like its color. However, my return process is still not completed. Customer service only answers with an automatic reply. I don't know if it got there if I will be refunded, or if it was lost. I request my money to be refunded or sent back as soon as possible. The item was intact and in perfect condition, being sure that no return condition was disobeyed, it's only fair that I get my return back immediately.
