Dyson Airwrap International Warranty Confusion
I purchased a Dyson Airwrap hairstyler as a Teacher's Day gift for my spouse from the Pazarama website. Upon arrival, the product had open and dusty labels, but it never crossed my mind that registering the serial number on the Dyson app would invalidate the Dyson warranty. Unaware of this, my spouse started using the product. After buying a stand and noticing varying widths of the attachments, I realized the comb attachments were falling off during use.
Contacting Dyson customer service, I discovered that despite not seeing any indication of an international warranty during the purchase, the product was, in fact, covered internationally. Following their guidance, I sent the product for service. Since the purchase, the price has increased, and if I return it for a refund to buy a new one, I'll likely incur a substantial difference. Feeling stranded due to Dyson and Pazarama, I am urgently seeking a resolution.
