Dyson Airwrap Defective: No Exchange or Support from Dyson Service or Retailer

On March 5, I bought a Dyson Airwrap from Media Markt, and since the product was defective, I sent it to the Dyson service. They said it is suitable for exchange or return, but I had to do it from where I bought it. If I think about a return, they are right, but they do not make the exchange themselves. There's also no stock where I bought it from, and Dyson doesn't stand behind their product. When I send my Apple logo phone to the service, it sends a new one without looking where I bought it, for example, standing behind your product is like this. If I had known there would be such a recycling from Dyson, I would never have bought it.
