Dyson Airwrap Color Fading Problem Under Warranty Replacement
For about a month, I have been experiencing a color fading issue with my Dyson Airwrap. The device is still under warranty, so I reported the problem to Dyson customer service. However, I was told that since the defect does not affect the operation of the device, it is “not an issue.”
While the Airwrap still functions properly, I find it unacceptable that such an expensive premium product should suffer from visible quality problems like this. I purchased the device directly from Dyson’s official website, and I also own several other Dyson products, which makes this situation even more disappointing.
All my warranty documents and invoice are available, and the issue has not gone away despite continued use. For these reasons, I am requesting a replacement of my Dyson Airwrap under warranty. Customers who pay a high price for Dyson products expect both durability and quality, not cosmetic defects that appear so soon after purchase.
