I just gotta vent about my annoying experience with the Dyson air filter, bet some of you have dealt with the same problem. here's the thing. I'm having a problem where the filter keeps getting all clogged up and the little light keeps blinking, even though I'm doing everything right and cleaning it like I'm supposed to. How come Dyson, a big brand, has such a crappy return process for their pricey products? I was like, "Okay, let's send this thing in for repair and see if that fixes it." But like, I'm starting to wonder if I can even count on this thing to work properly if it keeps needing repairs all the time. It's been a whole week since I sent in the product, but I haven't heard back from them even after hitting them up a few times. It's super annoying when nobody gives any info about the repair status. I think Dyson should just give you a new one since it's their fault. Even if they fix it, I'm worried it might happen again later. Hey, we should totally expect better quality and support from a brand as reputable as this one, right?
