Payoneer Account Access Problem With No Customer Support Help

I have not been able to access my Payoneer account, which I have been using for a long time, for over a year. Even though I changed my password, I still cannot log in, and the system sometimes says my username is incorrect. The verification codes required to log in are being sent to my old phone number. I am currently using a different number and no longer have access to my old one, so I cannot access my account.

Since last week, I have contacted customer support multiple times. Each time, I receive the same standard responses saying they will get back to me, but no concrete solution has been provided. I also cannot find a Turkish support line to call; my only options are foreign numbers and support in a foreign language, which makes it difficult for me to fully explain my issue.

My account is registered in Turkey, and there are funds in it that I urgently need to withdraw. Despite this, I cannot access my account or update my phone number. I request that my new phone number be added to my account and that verification codes be sent to this new number so I can regain access to my account.
