Payoneer Ignored Fraud Report and Closed My Support Ticket

For about the past two months, I have been experiencing a serious security issue and financial loss with Payoneer. Payments sent to me through Adobe have been transferred to different Payoneer accounts without my knowledge or consent. I obtained the IDs of these accounts from Adobe and shared them with Payoneer by opening a support ticket.

In the ticket, I clearly stated that these accounts do not belong to me, that the transactions are suspicious, and that the related Payoneer accounts should be investigated. Despite this, my support ticket was closed without any action being taken, and my issue was left unresolved. So far, I have suffered a loss of approximately $1,400.

The Payoneer support team is trying to shift responsibility by telling me to contact Adobe. However, the real issue is that malicious actors are actively using Payoneer accounts, and it is unacceptable that Payoneer is not taking any security measures or investigating these accounts. I request both the resolution of my financial loss and a thorough investigation into these accounts, along with the necessary security and compliance actions.
