Conflict Between Dyson Customer Service Hours and My Schedule Prevented Assistance

Due to the overlap in my schedule and Dyson's customer service hours, I was unable to contact them during their designated business hours. Today, I decided to take a break and give them a call, but unfortunately, they informed me that the machine's battery is dead and they are unable to offer free assistance due to the expired warranty period. However, Dyson's schedule aligns with mine, and it's crucial for me to be at home for a video call. When I finally arrive home, it seems that Dyson's workday has already come to an end. I would appreciate it if my issue could be resolved.

They called on Saturday, but the call was cut off and communication could not be established. They did not call again.

The warranty expired on August 6.
