On October 22, 2025, I purchased a Dyson Cyclone V10 Absolute vacuum cleaner through the Dyson website on behalf of the company I work for. However, the invoice was issued as an individual invoice instead of a corporate one. When I noticed the mistake, I contacted your customer service team on October 30, 2025, requesting that the invoice be reissued under the company name.
However, your representative refused my request, claiming that the legal deadline for invoice correction was seven days. In reality, according to the Turkish Revenue Administration’s (GİB) e-invoice system, the technical limit for issuing invoices is eight calendar days, and today (October 30, 2025) is still within that period. Additionally, under Tax Procedure Law Article 231/5, invoices must be issued within seven days, but the GİB system allows e-invoice creation until the 8th day — a well-known practice across all accounting departments.
During my call, I received conflicting and inconsistent information from different representatives, which caused confusion and delayed the process. As a result, my company’s operational need has not been met. My order number is s012025000002552.
I request that the invoice be reissued as a corporate invoice today and that this situation be resolved promptly to prevent further inconvenience.
