Whenever I get doughnuts delivered from Dunkin Donuts, they always show up upside down in the box. By the time they reach me, all the toppings and chocolate have totally fallen off, and the doughnuts are a disaster before I even get to enjoy them. I'm really let down because I've tried to give them several opportunities to fix things, but it just keeps happening. I think the packaging for doughnuts could be improved. If this keeps happening, I’m done ordering from here. It's just not worth getting upset when there are so many other spots that can bring you doughnuts without messing them up. Step it up, Dunkin'.
