Ducray Ignores Customer Complaint Over Covered-Up Expiration Dates on Trendyol Order

I purchased hair care products from the Ducray brand, but I noticed a serious issue regarding their expiration dates. I discovered that a new expiration date had been printed over the original one on these products, which I bought through Trendyol in June.

Upon realizing that the original expiration date had already passed and someone had attempted to cover it up with a different date, I was deeply disappointed and genuinely concerned for my health and safety.

I sent an email to Ducray regarding this matter, but I received no response whatsoever. Neither an explanation nor an apology was offered. Attempting to conceal the expiration date on personal care products—followed by complete silence from the company—is entirely unacceptable.

I am posting this complaint so that the company takes accountability for this disgraceful practice, immediately puts an end to it, and conducts proper audits and quality controls. I demand that this issue be handled with the utmost seriousness to ensure other consumers do not face a similar risk.
