Xiaomi Refused to Replace the Head of My Dreame Vacuum Under Warranty


I noticed that the sides of the cleaning head of my Xiaomi Dreame upright vacuum cleaner had come apart, so I took it to the store where I bought it—Izmir Hilltown Mi Store. They sent it to the service center for inspection, and despite the product still being under warranty, they claimed it was user error and refused to replace it. The authorized service center involved is Izmir Evofone. I don’t understand why a product under warranty is not being covered and why I’m being asked to pay ₺3,500 for a new cleaning head. I will file complaints with the necessary authorities, including the Consumer Arbitration Board, and if needed, I’ll take legal action. I demand that the cleaning head of my product, which is still under warranty, be replaced within the warranty coverage.
