Dreame X50 Ultra Faulty Performance - Refund Request

I purchased a Dreame X50 Ultra robot vacuum cleaner from MediaMarkt Maltepe Piazza AVM on 30.01.2026 for ₺70,000. In addition, I had an extra insurance policy made by MediaMarkt for ₺15,000. From the first use, the device has not performed as promised. It cannot climb a 2 cm threshold and gets stuck there, and by the time I manage to free it, its battery is already drained. Although it scans and maps my 3+1 home, it constantly skips three rooms in the mapping and cleaning process. In addition, it does not pick up the dirt right in front of it during cleaning. I have videos clearly showing these issues. Because of these problems, I delivered the device to the service via MediaMarkt on 02.02.2026, requesting a refund. However, I was told the next day that “there is no problem with the device” and that I had to take it back. Since the problems clearly continued, I sent the product back to the service again. My device has now been at the service for 14 days and I still have not received any information or a clear response. A device that was supposedly “problem-free” one day after service intake has now been kept there for two weeks, which is contradictory and unacceptable. My registration number is 202600092567 and the serial number of the device is R9446B56CEU0212933. Despite the price I paid and the expectations I had from a high-end product, the product does not fulfil its basic functions and I cannot use it efficiently in my home. I have also applied to the Consumer Arbitration Committee regarding this matter. Given that the product is defective in use from the beginning and does not meet its advertised performance, and that the service process has been prolonged without any satisfactory explanation, I request the acceptance of my return and a full refund of the total amount as soon as possible.
