Dramawave Subscription Charged but Not Activated on Google Play
On February 19, 2020, I purchased a one-month subscription to the Dramawave app through Google Play. Although the fee was charged to my card, my subscription was never activated. My VIP membership did not become active, and as a result, I am unable to watch the movies.
I contacted customer service through the app. They told me they would look into it, but I never received any follow-up. I reached out again today, and this time I did not receive any response at all.
I am requesting that my subscription be activated immediately. If that is not possible, I demand a full refund of the amount I paid.

Later, the membership became active for a week, and then it stopped again, creating an ongoing problem. I have also not received any response regarding my refund request.
