Dramawave Annual VIP Not Accessible on Tablet After Apple Sign-In
On December 8, 2025, I purchased an annual VIP membership for my account (ID: 16182600447) in the Dramawave app by signing in with Apple. However, I am unable to log in to the app on my tablet because the tablet version does not offer the “Sign in with Apple” option. As a result, I cannot use the annual membership I purchased on my tablet.
In addition, weekly membership fees have also been charged through mobile carrier billing on my tablet. Through my Türk Telekom line, I have been charged weekly for over a month. Even though I did not actively watch or use any weekly packages, the charges have continued.
I contacted customer service in writing but received no response. I am requesting that my annual VIP membership be made fully accessible across all my devices and that the weekly mobile carrier charges taken from my tablet without my knowledge or usage be identified and fully refunded.
