Unable To Cancel DramaWave Subscription Or Get Refund

I subscribed to Dramawave for one week and renewed the weekly subscription before the end of that first week. On 10/10/2026 at around 23:02, I was charged a renewal fee of 7.126 OMR, as shown in my bank notification. I want to cancel this renewed weekly subscription and request a full refund of the 7.126 OMR to my original payment method. There is no visible or accessible customer service or support contact option in the app, so I have been unable to resolve this issue directly with Dramawave. I kindly ask you to review this situation and process the refund for the renewal fee that I am requesting.
