The Doritos spicy corn chips that my family and I bought from a petrol station in Sarıveliler, Karaman on April 29th, 2023 had a suprise inside that noone of us was expecting.... As soon as we opened the bag, we sensed a strong smell and found a deceased rat inside. To verify that it was a deceased rat, we emptied the bag and captured photographic evidence. I never thought I would have a bad experience with a popular brand like Doritos, especially since I am a loyal customer. Not only has this destroyed our appetite, but it also presents a health risk for anyone who might have eaten these chips prior to our finding the deceased rat. I hope that the required steps will be taken to resolve this problem, if no action is taken, I will have to take this matter to the consumer court. I request to be compensated for the inconvenience and distress caused by this incident.
