Check your payment and account first;
• Check your bank/credit card statement
• Look for:

• Log into your Doranlive account
• Check:
– “My Orders” section
– Your email inbox + spam folder
If there is no order, this is a serious red flag.
Gather your proof immediately;
• Take screenshots of:
– Bank charge
– No order confirmation email
– Empty order history
This will be your key evidence.
Try contacting Doranlive support;
• Use their website contact form or email
• Include:
– Transaction date and amount
– Last 4 digits of your card
– Screenshot showing no order
• Ask them to:
– Confirm the order OR
– Refund immediately
If Doranlive doesn’t respond or no order exists;
• Contact your bank or card provider
• Request a chargeback
• Select reason:
– “Unauthorized transaction” OR
– “No order / no service”
