Domino’s App Error - Cannot Add First Taste Products To Cart

I am unable to add the “First Taste” products I won in the Domino’s app to my cart. Despite trying 8–9 times over the past three days, whenever I attempt to add any product to my cart, the “First Taste” items in the “Exclusive for You” section are not included. When I try to add them, I receive an error message stating, “A technical issue occurred with the items in your cart.” I contacted the order and support lines, and a request was opened, but no solution was provided, nor was I given a reference number. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app, the issue persists. Although I earn a new “First Taste” product with each order, I am unable to use any of them. This problem only occurs with the “First Taste” products; I have not experienced any issues with other campaigns or promotions. My user ID is 5413240075. I kindly request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible so I can use the products I have won without any problems.
