Domestika Charged Me for a Plus Membership I Never Authorized

I am still waiting for a response from the company regarding the refund.

I had previously purchased a course from Domestika and that was all. I never signed up for any kind of subscription, yet somehow my account was switched to a trial membership without my consent. Then on April 22, 2025, Domestika charged my credit card over ₺4000 for a full year of Plus membership—completely without my knowledge or approval.

I received no email, no notification, no warning—nothing. I never agreed to this subscription, and I certainly wouldn’t have paid that much for it. This charge came out of nowhere, and it’s completely unacceptable.

Domestika, I demand an immediate cancellation of this unauthorized Plus membership and a full refund of the ₺4000 you charged to my card. You cannot sneak charges like this onto users and expect them to stay silent. I expect this to be resolved without delay.
